• Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address. We are not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and police office for a stolen/lost package.
• If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.
