Ordered a custom embroidered hoodie as a Christmas gift. Tinicloset sent me a mockup outline that I was able to slightly modify. When the estimated delivery window had passed and I still had not received the sweater, assuming it was lost in the mail potentially as a result of the Canada Post strike Tinicloset had a new sweater embroidered and shipped out with express shipping arriving in a week. Hoodie is good quality, sizing is as expected and embroidery is very detailed. Recommend!

The sweater is super cute and soft! I wish it was a bit longer and that the neck was a little looser. Its thinner than I thought but still warm! However it still fits comfortably. If you’re a bigger girl size up. For reference I ordered a size XL but should have dome 1XL. I normally fit between a L and XL, with my XL usually for looser fits. Delivery took longer than expected and so I couldnt wear during the holidays.

This was one of the best gifts I’ve ever given anyone! I ordered it and sent in the picture the next day I approved it and they started working on it immediately and It was shipped in less than a few days from the other side of the world.
