Ordered a custom embroidered hoodie as a Christmas gift. Tinicloset sent me a mockup outline that I was able to slightly modify. When the estimated delivery window had passed and I still had not received the sweater, assuming it was lost in the mail potentially as a result of the Canada Post strike Tinicloset had a new sweater embroidered and shipped out with express shipping arriving in a week. Hoodie is good quality, sizing is as expected and embroidery is very detailed. Recommend!

The sweater is super cute and soft! I wish it was a bit longer and that the neck was a little looser. Its thinner than I thought but still warm! However it still fits comfortably. If you’re a bigger girl size up. For reference I ordered a size XL but should have dome 1XL. I normally fit between a L and XL, with my XL usually for looser fits. Delivery took longer than expected and so I couldnt wear during the holidays.

Delightful Pokemon sweaters! I appreciated that I could order some semi-niche Pokemon (my husband is obsessed with Tangrowth–not common on merch) and my request for the shiny variant Chandelure was possible. Design is completely embroidered so I suspect this product will have longevity.

Had some initial issues with shipping item was ready to be delivered, but for some reason said that it wasn’t a valid delivery address even though I’ve had stuff delivered here before ended up getting returned to sender was pretty upset because this was a meaningful gift for somebody for their birthday that unfortunately wasn’t able to give them in time The seller was very helpful and reassuring despite my initial frustration and we were able to get the item re-shipped and it just arrived was able to get a Pokémon that’s not usually on merchandise and will be ordering from them again!

There were a few loose threads in the sweatshirts and some of the stitches slightly out of line, but other than that I love them. The inside of the jumpers feel like Sherpa material. I’ve worn them a few times, and they still feel nice and new. Would definitely order more.
