SHIPPING POLICY

• Because our embroidered shirts are made when ordered and personalized products, we do not accept returns. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us via message or email. We will give you the best solution.

• Buyers are responsible for providing a secure place for dropping off the package. If your neighborhood is not safe, please route your package to another safe address. We are not responsible for stolen/lost packages. Please contact your local post office and police office for a stolen/lost package.

• If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address that you provided, you will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

Shipping time = Processing time + Delivery time

Processing time: 5 to 7 days
Delivery time to US: 7 to 15 business days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time to AU: 20 to 26 business days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time to CA: 17 to 23 business days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time to UK: 17 to 21 business days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery time to other countries: 20 to 27 days (Mon-Fri)

Manufacturing during the majority of the year takes between 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) however can take more than a week during the heaviest shopping times of the year. Extreme circumstances such as covid-19 may delay order manufacturing and/or shipping by an additional week or more.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTION

• Washes beautifully at 30 degrees. Use only non-chlorine bleach if necessary.

• Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out if needed. Don't iron directly on the embroidery.

• This is handmade product, there will be fabric markers on the fabric, there markers will completely disappear after washing.

• To ensure that the product does not get moldy or damaged during transportation, we vacuum the product, please wash and iron it before wearing.
